This policy explains what personal data bSurvey (SurveySpark) Inc. ("SurveySpark", "we") collects when you use our website and product, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers visitors to our website, customers who hold a SurveySpark account, and people who answer surveys built on SurveySpark. For survey responses, our customer is the data controller and we act as their processor.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, and billing details when you sign up.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and IP address.
• Survey data: questions and responses our customers collect through the product.
• Communications: messages you send to our sales or support teams.

3. How we use it

• To provide, secure and improve the service.
• To send service messages, and marketing only where you have agreed.
• To prevent spam and abuse, for example with rate limits.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing

We never sell personal data or survey responses. We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service (such as hosting, email delivery and payments), under written agreements, or when required by law.

5. Security and retention

Data travels over encrypted connections, and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. See our security page for details.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Survey respondents should contact the organization that sent the survey first.
